Refurbished Golf Caddies will never resell electric caddies that have been damaged by:
- Immersion in water
- Fire
- Electricity

Certified refurbished products are fully functional pre-owned units. Our refurbishing team receive pre-owned units directly from MGI Golf Inc, test more than 12 quality checkpoints per cart to ensure that they are in perfect working condition and are then graded based on the physical appearance of the unit and their mileage.

MGI certified refurbished electric caddies are pre-owned motorized caddies that undergo a stringent refurbishment process prior to being offered for resale. Every unit is evaluated individually to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Certified refurbished units:- Are put through a thorough inspection and cleaning process.
- Undergo full functionality testing involving 13 quality checkpoints.
- Any defective parts identified in testing are replaced.
- Are repackaged in plain packaging prior to resale.

The refurbishment process follows the same technical guidelines as MGI Golf Inc’s manufacturers Finished Goods testing procedures to ensure all refurbished units are fit for resale.

MGI ZIP SERIES

Your lithium battery leads, casing and connections should be regularly inspected for damage and wear. If your leads or connections are in need of repair or replacement, please contact your local MGI repair center for assistance immediately. Under no circumstances should a Lithium Battery that has been dropped, damaged or immersed in water be connected to a caddy or charger. By doing so you may create a fire hazard or risk the battery catching fire. Please contact the MGI Service Centre to arrange a replacement.

MGI Caddies are designed to be used in all conditions however a level of caution is required when operating your caddy in wet conditions. When playing in wet conditions, we recommend carrying a hand towel to wipe away any excessive water from the top box. Keep your caddy on the fairway and paths when possible and avoid boggy terrain and puddles. MGI caddies are designed to be as resistant to wet conditions as possible however they are not waterproof. Under no circumstances should you clean your caddy using a pressure washer or hose. MGI recommends cleaning away excess debris with a brush and wiping the caddy down with a damp cloth. Damage to the drive system and electronics due to water ingress is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered under warranty. If you experience an issue after playing in wet conditions, please make contact with your Pro Shop to organise inspection by an authorised MGI technician.

1. Disconnect the battery from the caddy
2. Hold down the Stop Button on the Remote until both the Lock and Unlock buttons are illuminated – then release the Stop Button.
3. Reconnect the battery
4. The Remote will synchronize with the Top Box – the process will be complete once the Lock and Unlock buttons are no longer illuminated.

Please note, if you do not reconnect the Navigator battery, as per point 3, with a battery, the Remote will exit Pairing after one minute.

Do not leave the battery fully engaged when you stop playing as it will drain your battery. Either lift the carry handle to disengage the battery or remove it from the caddy completely.

It is recommended to service your caddy every 12 months or every 300mi to ensure optimal performance of your caddy. Please see the Preventative Maintenance Program that can be found in your user manual. Approved service center locations can be found on the MGI website or by contacting us.

We recommend recharging your remote battery when recharging your main battery.

Yes. Charge your new battery for at least 8 hours or overnight before use. The battery charger light will turn to green indicating that the battery is fully charged.

1. You will need around 20 meters of level ground to trim the motors on the Zip Navigator caddy.
2. Connect the battery and have the Zip Navigator stopped [without the golf bag].
3. Press and hold the speed control button for 3 seconds and the Zip Navigator will automatically enter into the "motor trimming function"
4. Release the speed control button, the caddy will go forward automatically. After 5- 20 meters [the distance traveled will be different based on actual difference of the motor] the caddy will stop automatically.
