Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
All orders incur a flat rate $50 delivery fee.
Deliveries are made from 9:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays. The postal company will contact you via text message or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickups.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@refurbishedgolfcaddies.ca with your name and order details.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O boxes.

Returns
A $75 fee applies for all product returns within 30 days. This fee is taken from the full refunded amount and covers shipping the unit to Refurbished Golf Caddies and restocking the unit.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rice. For more information, please contact us directly.
